1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Survey Hog (“surveyhog.co”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Survey Hog. Users between 13 and 17 may use the Service with verifiable parental or guardian consent. You are limited to one account per person. The use of bots, scripts, VPNs, proxies, or any automated tools to access the Service is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

3. How Earnings Work

Survey Hog provides access to paid surveys through our third-party partner, CPX Research, as well as other offer providers. When you complete a survey or offer, you earn a share of the revenue we receive. Earnings are credited to your account balance in US dollars.

We do not guarantee the availability, quantity, or payout of any survey or offer. Survey availability depends on your demographic profile, location, and third-party demand. Earnings may vary.

4. Withdrawals & Payouts

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is $25.00 USD.
  • Payout methods include PayPal, Gift Cards (Amazon, Target, etc.), and Virtual Visa.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours but may take up to 7 business days.
  • We reserve the right to delay or deny a withdrawal if we suspect fraudulent activity.
  • Unclaimed balances on accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be forfeited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts or share accounts with others.
  • Use VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing tools.
  • Submit false, misleading, or nonsensical survey responses.
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
  • Engage in any activity that constitutes fraud or manipulation of earnings.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, forfeit your balance, and ban you from the Service at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent behavior. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Survey Hog is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or earnings, arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have earned and successfully withdrawn in the 90 days prior to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or site notice.
