Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Automatically Collected: We collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and general location data when you access the Service.

Survey Activity: We record which surveys and offers you complete, your earnings, withdrawal history, and referral activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To process your earnings and withdrawals.
  • To match you with relevant surveys through our partners.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • To communicate with you about your account and Service updates.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

4. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following third-party partners to operate the Service:

  • CPX Research: Provides surveys. Receives your user ID, IP address, and demographic data to match you with surveys. Subject to CPX Research's Privacy Policy.
  • PayPal: Processes cash withdrawals. Receives your email and payout amount.
  • Google: Provides OAuth authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records may be kept for up to 7 years).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access & Export: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
  • Opt-Out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. GDPR (EU Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, we process your data under lawful bases including consent and legitimate interest. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. CCPA (California Users)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact privacy@surveyhog.co.

9. Children's Privacy

Survey Hog is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
